Registration for the 2024 Fall Cross Country season has been extended. Don't delay...register today!

Financial Assistance Process - Step By Step

  1.  Complete the Financial Assistance Application.

    **
    Applications are based on a first come, first serve basis.  So, don't delay...apply today! 

     
    1. Please be prepared to upload your current SNAP, TANF or MEDICAID documentation.

      Documents MUST include NAME OF RUNNER and ELIGIBILITY DATES in order to be considered.


      Copies of cards (i.e. SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)  will not be accepted and application will be immediately denied.
       
  2. All applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of submission.
     
  3. If approved, recipients will receive a coupon code via email. be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Coupon code will be valid for 30 days from issue date and must be at checkout of the 2024 Fall Cross Country Registration. 

    Coupon Codes not used within 30 days from issue date will expire and financial assistance will no longer be available to recipient. 

     
  4. Please be prepared to pay $15 per runner, plus a minimal processing fee,  after applying coupon code in checkout at the end of the 2024 Fall Cross Country Registration. 
     
  5. Please note,  by applying for financial assistance, your runner IS NOT registered for the 2024 Fall Cross Country season. This is a separate registration process all recipients will need to complete.
