Capacity has been met for the
2024 Spring Track Financial Assistance Program.

Registration for the 2024 Fall Cross Country season will open in June 2024.


Financial Assistance Process - Step By Step

  1.  Complete the Financial Assistance Application - Registration is now closed due to capacity.

    **
    Applications are based on a first come, first serve basis.  So, don't delay...apply today! 

     
  2. Please be prepared to upload your current SNAP, TANF or MEDICAID documentation.
    Copies of cards (i.e. SNAP, TANF, Medicaid)  will not be accepted. 

     
  3. All applications will be reviewed by January 30th* (*or before if application limit has been reached).
     
  4. If approved, recipients will receive a coupon code via email no later than January 31st, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Coupon code will be valid for 30 days from issue date and must be at checkout of the 2024 Spring Track Registration. 

    Coupon Codes not used within 30 days from issue date will expire and financial assistance will no longer be available to recipient. 

     
  5. Please be prepared to pay $15 per runner, plus a minimal processing fee,  after applying coupon code in checkout at the end of the 2024 Spring Track Registration. 
     
  6. Please note,  by applying for financial assistance, your runner IS NOT registered for the 2024 Spring Track season. This is a separate registration process all recipients will need to complete. 

    Registration for the 2024 Spring Track season opens Monday, February 1st at 9:00 am.
